Discover our pitches on the banks of the Aveyron
At Camping Gorges de l’Aveyron we offer rental accommodation (mobile homes, lodges and a gîte) as well as camping pitches in the Tarn for your stay.
Spread over 4 hectares on the banks of the Aveyron, the campsite has 45 pitches of 100 to 150 m² for your bivouac, tent, caravan or van. The pitches are shaded or semi-shaded and separated by trees and shrubs, perfect for a weekend or a longer stay in the heart of nature. Enjoy maximum comfort at the best price with three different types of pitch:
- the nature area without electricity: a shaded pitch under the trees with views of the Gorges de l’Aveyron
- the comfort package: with electricity, for up to 6 people including babies.
- the riverside package: ideally located with access to the river, with electricity, for up to 6 people including babies.
Motorhomes are accepted on the comfort package. Our pitches are not tarmacked but stabilised. We are not a motorhome service area but a “Nature Campsite” under the trees.
Enjoy fully equipped facilities
You can choose between the comfort package (electricity), the riverside package (electricity) or simply the nature package (no electricity) in the “nature area”
For your comfort, our riverside campsite on the Aveyron offers:
- Two toilet blocks with a family shower (toilet paper not provided)
- Two washing-up areas
- A baby nursery with bath and changing table
- Two toilets for people with reduced mobility
- Washing machines / tumble dryers
- 50 l refrigerated lockers away from the pitches
- Wi-Fi throughout the campsite (charged)

Reception is open
from 9 am to 12 noon and from 3 pm to 7 pm
July and August from 9 am to 7:30 pm
You must check in at reception before settling in on the campsite.
- You will find electricity and water points throughout the campsite: remember to bring an extension cable (25 m or more) and a European adapter for the electrical connection
- 50 l refrigerated lockers are available (away from the pitches), because ecology and hygiene matter for your comfort.
- For your comfort and safety, wearing a wristband is compulsory on the campsite.
- Entering, picnicking or settling in without authorisation is not permitted
- Visitors must report to reception on arrival; they do not have access to the swimming pool.
- The management reserves the right to refuse additional people not listed on the booking contract.
- We accept only one pet. Our canine friends (under 15 kg) must be kept on a lead inside the campsite and near the Aveyron (category 1 and 2 dogs are not allowed). An up-to-date vaccination record will be required.
Pets are not allowed in the rental accommodation or the gîte.
XXL package and cancellation insurance
Time flies and you’d like to make the most of it a little longer: enjoy the pool, the river or simply take your time.
Whether you have a tent pitch or a mobile home rental, choose the XXL package: it lets you stay until 6 pm instead of 12 noon (except in July and August).
“Campez Couvert”
Because the unexpected can happen, even before or during your holiday, we recommend taking out cancellation insurance (the campsite does not refund your deposit or balance if your stay is cancelled). Peace of mind, so nothing spoils your holiday.
Travel with peace of mind with the “cancellation and holiday interruption insurance” option for only 3.5% of the total cost of your stay (excluding tourist tax and eco tax).
